Delivery Requirements
- 12 ft wide path, 14 ft overhead clearance
- Solid ground for a heavy dump truck (up to ~80,000 lbs gross weight)
- Clear area for dumping
- Be reachable to direct placement (or leave clear written instructions)
- Mark utilities, sprinklers, septic, and other hazards
- Have HOA approvals & permits ready
Delivery Day
- Driver calls 30-60 min before arrival
- Verify product BEFORE dumping (check name/size/spec on ticket where applicable)
- Direct where to dump (one spot is standard)
- Delivery ticket is provided — delivery is complete once material is dumped
Pricing
- Material cost + delivery fee
- Delivery is based on distance and order size
- $150 minimum delivery fee

To the extent permitted by law, we (and/or our carriers) are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate access, hidden conditions, or instructions provided at delivery.
Safety: Keep people and pets away from delivery area. Stand clear during dumping.
Weather: Rain, snow, and soft ground can make delivery unsafe or impossible. We may delay or reschedule deliveries for safety.
