What is your minimum order for contractors?
Our minimum order is 12 tons per product, with trucks holding up to about 26 tons per load. That makes the site a good fit for delivered landscape, drainage, driveway, and property work. Note: Truck capacity may vary based on state weight regulations, trailer specifications, and road restrictions.
Can I mix different products on the same truck?
No. We don’t mix different products on the same truck. Each product ships on its own truckload, so request a multi-product custom quote and we’ll confirm the schedule for each load.
Do you offer contractor accounts or net terms?
Currently we operate on a per-order basis with ZIP-based pricing and quote confirmation. If you have repeat work or a job that falls outside the normal flow, contact us and we’ll review the best quoting approach.
Can you deliver to commercial job sites?
Yes. We deliver to residential properties, HOA sites, commercial job sites, and acreage projects where the product and freight lane make sense from the active supply network.
How far in advance should contractors schedule deliveries?
We recommend scheduling 3-7 days in advance when possible. If a job needs multiple loads, a special material, or staged delivery timing, contact us so we can quote and plan it separately.
How does your pricing compare with local landscape supply yards?
We focus on truckload delivery. Final value depends on material, origin, freight, and quantity, so compare our written delivered quote with local options. For smaller pickup-style orders, a local yard may be the better fit.
When should I quote river rock instead of crushed stone?
River rock is a premium decorative choice for finished landscape beds, drainage features, and upscale installs. Crushed stone is usually the better value for base layers, driveways, pads, and utility-focused work where interlock and compaction matter more than appearance.
What areas do you service?
Commodity aggregate is limited to 60 road miles from an active stocking supply point. River rock may be quoted up to 300 road miles.
Can you help with spec-driven or larger custom jobs?
Yes. Every order is quote-confirmed. If a job needs spec-driven material, special sourcing, staged delivery, or a custom multi-load plan, contact us for a written project review.
