Final Sale for Bulk Materials

Because we deliver bulk materials by the truckload, most purchases are final sale once delivered and dumped. Bulk material generally cannot be reloaded, returned, or resold as new once it has been dumped at a job site.

We want you to feel confident before ordering. If you have questions about product selection, specs, or quantity planning, contact us before checkout and we'll help you choose the right material for your project.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at 913-229-6636.

• Before dispatch/loading: We can typically cancel for a full refund.
• After dispatch/loading: Cancellations may require a fee to cover loading, carrier, and/or travel costs.
• After delivery: No cancellations, returns, or refunds, except as required by law.

If we cannot deliver due to access limitations, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information provided at checkout, we may treat the order as a failed delivery and reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Natural Variation

Stone, sand, gravel, and aggregate are natural products. Color, size distribution, and appearance can vary between loads and supply points. Photos are examples only.

Before You Order

To help avoid surprises and ensure a smooth delivery:

• Confirm product and spec requirements: Especially for DOT specs, gradations, or blends (quote-only).
• Verify delivery location: Ensure the address (or job site directions) are correct.
• Check site access: Delivery trucks are large and heavy. Confirm width/clearance, turning radius, grade, and ground conditions.
• Ask questions early: If something is unclear, call 913-229-6636 before ordering.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you believe we delivered the wrong product or a material shortage, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Take clear photos of the delivered material and delivery ticket (if available).
• Call us at 913-229-6636 or use the contact form.
• If possible, keep the material separate until we respond.

If we confirm an issue caused by us, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution (replacement delivery, credit, or refund) at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a concern about an order, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in account restrictions.
