Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 10, 2026
1. Introduction
FlintEdge Stone LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, request a quote, create an account, or arrange an accepted order.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account details: name, email, phone number, and related profile information.
- Order and quote details: items, quantities, delivery preferences, and job site information.
- Delivery information: delivery address (or ZIP code) and any notes needed to schedule and complete delivery.
- Communications: messages you send through our contact form, email, or phone/SMS.
Payment Information
Online payment checkout is currently disabled, and the public Site does not collect card information. Payment terms for an accepted quote are arranged separately. If online payment is deliberately enabled in the future, Stripe would process card and billing details under its own privacy practices; we would not store full card numbers.
Information Collected Automatically
- Security logs that may include IP address, browser information, request details, and account/session activity
- Basic server and application logs related to requests, errors, and account/session activity
- Approximate city/state location derived from network information for first-party traffic reporting and abuse prevention
- Sanitized first-party analytics such as page path, campaign tags, device category, and performance timing
Our analytics remove ordinary URL query parameters, skip sensitive paths, redact common email/token patterns, avoid storing full user-agent strings, and store an anonymized network prefix rather than the full visitor IP.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Prepare quotes and coordinate accepted orders
- Provide quotes and calculate delivery estimates based on a ZIP code or address
- Communicate about quotes, orders, scheduling, and customer support
- Operate, maintain, and improve our Site and services
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Respond to customer service requests
- Send marketing communications where permitted and (when required) with your consent
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers: such as email providers, SMS providers, hosting providers, mapping providers, and security providers. Stripe is used only if a payment flow is deliberately activated for an accepted order.
- Delivery and fulfillment partners: including carriers and supply points, to quote, schedule, and complete deliveries.
- Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Delivery distance estimates may require sharing a destination ZIP code or address with mapping providers (for example, Google) to calculate distance and drive time.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of data and how it is used.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may be able to:
- Access, update, or correct certain account information
- Request deletion of your account (subject to legal/operational retention requirements)
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link (transactional messages may still be sent)
- Submit a privacy request through our Privacy Rights Request page
- Control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings (see our Cookie Policy)
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, session storage, local storage, and similar technologies for essential Site functionality, account access, quote-list continuity, first-party analytics, and fraud/security purposes. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
We do not currently load non-essential advertising tags, heatmaps, or session-replay tools by default. You can control cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more details.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
